Birth Registration Appointment
Congratulations on the birth of your baby!
Please be aware that all births must be registered within 42 days from the birth.
You should not book an appointment outside this period, if your child is older than 42 days, or you cannot find an appointment in the 42 days, please call us on 01597 827468.
Our offices are not open every day, so you may wish to check our opening times before making your appointment
If you wish to re-register your child/ren (after marriage or to add father) please call us to discuss appointments.
